Primary Duty/Job Statement
In a safety-sensitive position, the Driver is responsible for operating a truck and trailer to deliver petroleum products.  The Driver is responsible for the proper and efficient completion of assigned duties and operation of the assigned company vehicle, within Company policy.


Essential Functions
  • Fundamental Duties
  • Driving
    • Driver must be able to conduct a pre-trip inspection of their assigned truck per company policy
    • Driver must be able to safely operate a Class-A tanker truck
    • Driver must be able to conduct a post-trip inspection of their assigned truck required by DOT (Department of Transportation) standards
  • Loading and Delivering of Petroleum Product
    • Must be able to lift loading hands (50-60 lbs) and secure to loading head
    • Must be able to operate loading computer
    • Detach product arms and hoses
    • Move to Bill of Lading (BOL) House to collect all BOL documentation
    • Secure area at Drop-off destination with safety equipment
    • Manually or electronically obtain pre-delivery tank readings and analyze all variables
    • Safely transfer petroleum product into correct tanks
    • Obtain post-delivery readings
    • Other
      • Maintains vehicle cleanliness and able to perform routine maintenance
      • Report all illnesses, injuries, and accidents regardless of how minor they may appear
  • Physical/Cognitive Requirements
    • Be able to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs)
    • Regular stooping bending, crouching, and kneeling
    • Long periods of sitting (up to 3 hours)
    • Current Commercial Driver License with hazardous material, air brakes, and tanker endorsements
    • Meet DOT physical and medical requirements
    • Pass substance abuse screening and agree to random substance abuse screening as required by Company policy
    • Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, and respond to official inquiries and make entries on reports and records

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all drug testing activities, including random and quarterly lists, to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
    • Provide guidance and support to current drivers in renewing their CDL and hazmat endorsements, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements and deadlines.
    • Promptly process DOT employment verifications received from motor carriers for former employees, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
    • Gather and organize necessary documents for incident documentation and preservation, ensuring thorough and accurate records for review and compliance.
    • Create, assemble, and ship Driver Safety Award packages to ensure timely delivery and recognition.
    • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations, including recordkeeping, problem resolution, and incident reporting
    • Respond to incoming calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
    • Works closely on a daily basis with the Driver Safety Coordinator II to provide support on any tasks, projects, or initiatives where assistance is needed.

The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, streamlining, and facilitating the new employee onboarding experience, while providing an engaging introduction to the organization’s RBS W.A.Y. culture and operations.  
Essential Functions
  • Fundamental Onboarding Duties

The Parts Clerk is responsible for the efficient purchasing, receiving, and management of parts and supplies for the Maintenance department.  This role ensures accurate inventory control for all markets, maintains Safety Data Sheet information, and supports cost-effective material management.  The Parts Clerk also coordinates part inventory needs for outer markets and assists technicians in preparing required materials.

  • Receive, record, and track inventory using the maintenance software (RTA) for all markets.
  • Conduct and verify regular inventory checks at each market; coordinate with Senior Driver Trainers as needed.
  • Conduct thorough verification and reconciliation of purchase orders to maintain accuracy and support prompt processing.  Includes creating and revising purchase orders. 
  • Assist in gathering “make ready” items for maintenance technicians.
  • Ship and receive packages from suppliers (FedEx/UPS).
  • Ensure all RBS internal receiving procedures are followed consistently.
